Loosing the edge I had the 90k mile service performed and the service attendant called to "suggest" some recommended services beyond the 90k maintenance. A day later, I came to pick-up my car, drove it home, got out and noticed it hadn't gone through the carwash. A simple detail, but one that Pohanka prides itself on AND advertises as one of its service selling points. Who's minding the store? Where's the QA in THIS process? Are we ensuring there's a QA process in the technical portion of the service? Just a little disappointed that Pohanka may be...loosing the edge. More
