Josh greeted me as I was wandering around looking for the vehicle. He helped me locate it and then we proceeded to discuss pricing. Josh noted the pricing I was looking for and after a couple of trips back and forth to his manager, Francis Mendiola, Pohanka had agreed to an outstanding price for the vehicle, which included also a few accessories. My wife and I returned the next day to sign the papers, first working with Josh, then with Ziad. Ziad was also fantastic to work with on the financing side. He was very honest and did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need (such as gap insurance). In fact we had to request to purchase the extended warranty, which was sold at standard Acura pricing, minus a Costco discount - something Ziad asked us about in order to provide the discount. When we went to pick up the vehicle, one of the accessories was not ready. Since we live out-of-state, Josh worked with Jamal Edmonds (General Sales Manager) to have the item installed at my local Acura dealer. As a courtesy for the inconvenience, Jamal also agreed to have Pohanka install a couple of additional Acura accessories that I purchased separately installed. Like both Josh and Ziad, Jamal was excellent to work with and wanted to make sure I left the dealership a satisfied and happy customer. To sum it up, the price was outstanding and all of the employees (Josh, Ziad, and Jamal) were fantastic to work with. I'd highly recommend Pohanka to others, even if you're traveling from out-of-state (as we did). More

She worked hard to be sure that we had time to decide if the MDX was the vehicle for us. She even coordinated an over night loaner so that we could 'live' with the MDX for a day. Her negotiating style was straight forward and honest, and lacked the misleading statements and tactics used by many other new car sales people.
