Horrible Experience and Rude Customer Service I bought my 2017 ACURA MDX with great hard time due to lack of customer service provided by sales manager and car sales representative "Hana S". When I bought my 2017 ACURA MDX with great hard time due to lack of customer service provided by sales manager and car sales representative "Hana S". When i went to go buy my car manager named "JAMAL E" was very rude by cutting me off while i was talking to my family member in my native language and he preferred me to speak only English in dealership AND told me that we are being rude by speaking in our native language to each other. I will never buy any car from this dealership or recommend any family or friends to this dealership. After experiencing many issues i finally bought car but sales representative never told me car had 88 miles prior purchase. Also car gas tank was half full and there was big scratch on the hood. I had to go back to dealership next day to resolve issues. I didn't even wash my car once yet and its been only a month and paint chip is coming off from rear bumper. I also purchased Acura Maintenance Care plan which was suppose to be for 4 YEARS with 48,000 miles plan what i paid for , but instead I received only 3 YEARS WITH 36,000 MILES. Today I visited Pohanka Acura and cancelled my Acura Maintenance Plan due to lack of customer service and experiencing so much hard time fixing mistakes caused by dealership. Fortunately, this time I went to Pohanka Acura and met sales consultant Shawn Walker. He had a pleasant personality, and he worked hard to make my buying experience as smooth as possible. He walked me through the purchasing process, filling in the gaps in my knowledge. I had come to Pohanka to look at a specific car, but Shawn reviewed the other cars in inventory, and even walked next door to the Pohanka Chevy dealership to get their list of used cars to review. After looking at another car elsewhere, I came back to Pohanka Acura and Shawn gave me a great price on the car I wanted, and I bought it. The 2008 car is beautiful - as if it's new - my son loves it. That evening I made some calls to relatives announcing my car purchase, and they kept asking me questions about how bad used car shopping probably was. I couldn't think of anything that bothered me, and I appreciate Shawn Walker and everyone at Pohanka for making the experience wonderful. More
