Knowing I wanted a Acura TLX Idecided to take a look at what they had in person rather than online this past weekend. I was greeted by sales rep Joseph Nwakanze. I must have been what the sales reps consider a very annoying,potential client. Truth is, I didn't know if I was gonna buy a used car, certified used, new "older model" (2016), or new 2017. Joseph was great and patient. I had several questions about "tiers" of the car and what the trade-offs were financially speaking. While I guess it really all comes down to personal preference, he was terrific in helping me make a choice I am so happy I made. Being that I am in sales myself for over 27 yrs, I very much appreciated the fact that not only did I get a great deal but they treated me like I was buying the $200k nsx on the showroom floor. Joseph really spent most of the day with me from start to finish including the "car orientation". When I finally drove off lot with my new wheels I felt great about the entire Pohanka experience.
