Dishonest Took my MDX in to get a new key fob and, while I waited, they "inspected" my car during the 50 minute wait for the new keys. The inspection was done Took my MDX in to get a new key fob and, while I waited, they "inspected" my car during the 50 minute wait for the new keys. The inspection was done without my knowledge or consent, so I was surprised when I was told that their mechanic had gone over the car, and there was thousands of dollars in repair work that the car needed. Up to that point, we had been servicing the car regularly and just had work done about a month prior to this with no problems. I immediately took the car to our mechanic who looked at everything they claimed was wrong, and he found nothing wrong. In fact, he said that the detail and amount of things they found wrong could not have been done in the 50 minutes they had the car. They simply tried to take advantage of me, and I feel that part of the reason is because I am female. I have purchased and leased multiple vehicles from Pohanka over the last 20 years, but because of this I will not deal with them again. More
