Easy Purchase of 2019 Acura MDX I went to Pohanka Acura on July 4th to look at MDX vehicles. Mr. Ali was my sales consultant. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and a great listener. After understanding the vehicle I was looking for, he found a match on the lot and we took a test spin. He was careful to explain all the features of the vehicle before we left for the test drive. During the test he listened to my questions and gave accurate answers. After the test we got down to the deal. After proposing a price, Ali asked what I thought. I gave him my idea of a good price..needless to say we were a bit apart on price. Ali then brought in Tony and showed him my price. Tony then came back with a price close to what I was asking for...Shake and done deal. Ali did a great job of showing the vehicle and answering all my questions. When it was time for the deal he got the right people involved and the deal was done. This is not the first car I have purchased from Pohanka, but it was another 5-star experience, kudos to Ali! More

To most people, let's face it, its challenging as you know you have to tumble with a very assertive salesperson. Well, I was ready for that and had the great pleasure of working with a young lady identified as Lillian Acevedo. Lillian was awesome, greatly interpersonal skills, pleasant but very helpful as well. I explained my needs to Lillian and went through the process (which we all know what that is normally like) but I found my experience very rewarding as Lillian worked with me to ensure my new car needs were met. So, big kudos to Lillian and I hope you end up being the salesperson for the year! I also want to recognize the Finance Manager Roy Morton who once again a pleasure to work as we went through the final sale.
