Instead we received a call mid morning from Phillip who ensured he would do his best to help us through the process. He scheduled an appointment that fit our schedule. As soon as we arrived, he was waiting at the door and made us feel welcome immediately. He talked us through the car details, took us through a test drive, and then made sure we were comfortable through the paperwork process. This guy communicates and makes sure his customers are aware the whole way. Our vehicle needed a bit of body work, and Phillip offered to come in on his time off to ensure we were taken care of as far as time and a loaner vehicle. He sets a fine example for this dealership. Once we came to terms, I needed a pretty quick turnaround on the paper work and Joey Lackovic and the rest of the staff made it all happen within 2 hours. Quickest car-buying experience I've ever had. There were a couple of marks on the seats when I took delivery of the car but Joey threw in a future car detailing. It took almost 5 months before I was able to take him up on the offer but he kept his word and my car got detailed. Joey was professional and courteous throughout the process. More
