Customer service is nothing but superior at Pohanka..exceptional enough that I drive all the way from Fredericksburg, VA to get my car serviced here with Jayson. Service dept. is open until m Pohanka..exceptional enough that I drive all the way from Fredericksburg, VA to get my car serviced here with Jayson. Service dept. is open until midnight on weekdays so working late hours is never an issue for me. Jayson always ensures that I'm comfortable with my repairs and takes the time out to explain things to me in detail. Service is usually quick and efficient. After utilizing their complimentary wi-fi, eating free donuts, and drinking hot cocoa, I'm left one satisfied lady. More

I have been in the market for a new car for about a year now and have been reviewing may types of cars and all the different dealerships in the area. As an out of town shopper, I have heard good things about this dealership and decided to give them a try as they were the only ones that had the color I was looking for. They offered a reasonable price (Mor this dealership and decided to give them a try as they were the only ones that had the color I was looking for. They offered a reasonable price (More than my other offer but worth it for the color) were very easy to deal with and made the whole experience pleasant. Matt was very professional and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new Acura. This has made it obvious to me why they are the largest Acura dealership in the country! Mr. Gonzales has been more respectful to all of my needs. I have never bought a car from him. I have to say though he really knows how to make you feel special and important.
