Worst Toyota experience ever! I leased a car from them 3 years ago, first they made returning my lease the most difficult experience ever. I no longer live in NY and when I tried to contact someone I was gi years ago, first they made returning my lease the most difficult experience ever. I no longer live in NY and when I tried to contact someone I was given every run around you could think of. When I came in to return my lease and finance a new car I received one price with all the bells and whistles, they ordered my car, I paid a $500 deposit (non refundable). I returned to the dealership when my car was ready and the price went up. Convenient that they didn't write my details in the agreement and told me all this after I paid the deposit. They did not answer my texts after our deal started going bad. So I shopped around, and it turned out they gave me the worst/most expensive deal. I took my service to Bay Ridge Toyota and it was a major difference in my experience. So now I am out $500, which isn't even the worst part, a month after all this has happened I receive a letter stating the "damages" and "missing keys" from my leased car. This is all after I signed a paper from my sales person after he looked at the car and stated the car looks great. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL DO ANYTHING TO SCREW YOU OVER AND MAKE YOU REGRET GOING THERE EVER!!!! I took great care of my leased car, and not to mention returned everything from the keys to the mats. I can't believe a company would allow someone to represent them in such a manner. Makes me regret ever leasing a car with Toyota. If I can save one person from this experience I will be happy!!!!!
