Excellent leasing experience. Excellent service experience. The absolute worst buy out experience ever. The sales person we dealt with (Ron Lazkani) was the worst sales person I ever had to de experience. The absolute worst buy out experience ever. When I asked why there was a charge for registration he said we would be getting new plates (A total lie). He also had the nerve to eat lunch with his sales coworkers while we sat there "waiting for paperwork." Which he denied. Finally on the second visit I asked to speak to a Sales manager and then we got the paperwork ( with a credit for the BS charges he added) and were able to leave. In closing I will say, if you have to go there ( I wouldn't) keep away from "Ron Lazkani" all he will do is treat you like crap. More

Had my car serviced today at Plaza Toyota. The Service adviser Winston Robinson sold me a lot of extra services which are NOT required at specific mileage stating that it's absolutely necessary. I was not prepared to argue at the beginning, but when I called to adjust the service in couple of hours, he said "all already done" , Now; I'm not even sure that this super expensive service is actually performed. This place is a rip-off. Will never go to this shop again. ZERO stars. More

4 pm appointment was not honored . 5 pm and nothing had been done to my car ( visited plaza Toyota for a simple wheel alignment), God help me if it was something more complex. Sales team is the worst. Traded in old lease for new lease. I have been to the service dept. 4 times in 4 weeks for updates/repairs on 2021 vehicle. Still waiting for a return call regarding another ite lease. I have been to the service dept. 4 times in 4 weeks for updates/repairs on 2021 vehicle.
