This was my first visit to the Service Dept. (I had just bought my car from them four months ago). The process was great: easy to make my appt.; no line to wait in when I arrived; waiting room had good WiFi bought my car from them four months ago). Had my MKZ for a couple of weeks, and the a/c fan made rattling noises. Took in to find out what it was and have it fixed. Turned out to be a bent cabin air filter, which was replaced promptly. My last service was a 40,000 mile service , they dropped off a loaner took my car and serviced it and returned it same day , well done .
