My husband and I knew we had four months left on our BMW lease and decided to check out a less pricey, more gas efficient vehicle. Tou our unexpected pleasure, we hooked up with Paul Raj Murjani who could not have been more eager to please, pleasant and friendly. He told us about the differences in the vehicle we had researched--Elantra and Sonata-- and took us out for a test drive. In tandem with his manager Marcello Sciarrino--they both worked tirelessly to find us a deal that met our needs and was affordable and to our liking. They were both wonderful---quick, efficent and not pushy or condescending in any way. Not once did we hear that phrase we car buyers dread----are you ready to buy today?. Instead, they patient talked and walked us through the steps of leasing a wonderful new car, which we did by the end of the day. ----leaving our BMW at Plaza and driving home with our elegant and beautiful new Sonata. Thanks to these two gentlemen---and everyone we came in contact with--we had a great experience. Michael Lugo ended our day with the final paperwork and he too, was great right up the very end. The details of the vehicle were thoroughly and clearly explain by Paul who was a sheer delight. We higholy recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to visit Plaza.
