Drove all the way to this dealer to see a car advertised for a certain price. When I got there I found out the price advertised does not include $2400 "dealer fee" PLUS another $1000 if you are not trading for a certain price. It is a mystery to me how this dealership has any customers. Very questionable tactics and a huge waste of my time. More

Wasted 2 hours driving there! No ethics or values This dealership does not keep their word and will give you the run around and excuses after purchase. One of the excuses for not following through with their word is because they didn't make any money on my trade in or the car I purchased. This is completely false. Not only did they make money on both cars, they had an $800 dealer fee (which they advertise that they don't have dealer fees) Also, transfer of a tag is $75 and they charge well over $200. They made money in all aspects of this deal, but couldn't follow through on the extra key and detail. More

I initially spoke with her in December 2019 about a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that listed for $12,500, that she told me was already sold. But the next day same that vehicle was listed for $14,800. Fast forward to yesterday day and the exact same thing happened again. I saw the same Pacifica listed again, this time for $12,484 and inquired about it, just to make sure I was not imagining things, and I wasn’t. Unfortunately I got Victoria again and when I called her out about our last conversation, dismissed it as a mistake. But make no mistake, the Pacifica is listed for $14,984 today. Explain that?? More
