Sales experience was extremely professional. Joe was the consumate salesman, evaluating the reason for my vist, presenting the values and benefits of the vehicles and the brand, and working out a beneficial consumate salesman, evaluating the reason for my vist, presenting the values and benefits of the vehicles and the brand, and working out a beneficial deal. The showroom while bright and pleasant, seemed overly cramped, but presented the vehicles in a positive light. Overall, I would and did return to purchase another vehicle here. More

My first experience with VW was Lengend in Amityville & it was extremely negative.The only positive was Barrington from whom I leased the car & it was all downhill from there.Their service center was alway it was extremely negative.The only positive was Barrington from whom I leased the car & it was all downhill from there.Their service center was always a hassle & the staff unpleasant. When my lease was up I was going to get any car BUT a VW. A very satisfying trip to the Hicksville service center changed my mind & I found myself back at Lengend.That turned out to be a HUGE mistake.I was over miles & they knew I wanted to quickly trade it in.They even sent a letter asking you to come in for early trade in.Surely they wanted your business.Everything seemed great after the first visit. Days then weeks went by,phone call after phone call being told they would get back to me.My miles continued to increase & I felt like I was begging them to let me lease a car from them.Ridiculous! Frustrated & about to say goodbye to VW for good,I made one last stop at Platinum. Im so happy that I did. In one night David helped us find a car for our budget. He listened and worked with us. We didnt get the car we intially came in for but that night we still left satisfied. We had our new car the very next day.Diana went over everything with the car.& was very patient in helping me getting my bluetooth set up.They are both a great assest to VW!A month later I did have a little setback with their service center but David quickly turned that around.Thats the difference between Legend & Platinum.At Platinum I feel like my business is valued & appreciated.How that situation was resolved with the service center proved it to me.I definitely never felt that at Lengend.~jessie More

I walked into the service station without an appointment, and i was seen immediately by a consultant. It had been raining and one of my wiper blades had gone bad. Within 5 minutes, the consultant (John) was and i was seen immediately by a consultant. It had been raining and one of my wiper blades had gone bad. Within 5 minutes, the consultant (John) was outside in the rain checking to see if maybe it was a quick fix. Turns out i needed more than just a blade but John assured me it would be fixed in no time at all. They offered me some coffee, i grabbed a newspaper and within an hour my car was ready. I gave high reviews because of the outstanding customer service. More

Everyone at VW Platnum was excellent. Loved the place loved the service love the car. I went to sunrise at first and the sales person was so arrogant and so unknowledgable about the car that I just walke loved the service love the car. My overall experience at the dealership was excellent. I needed a new muffler on a classic vw, brought it into Platinum and got a call later in the day a part was missing (I had supplied the muffler to expedite service). Anyway, after a search, I was able to Platinum and got a call later in the day a part was missing (I had supplied the muffler to expedite service). I was shopping for a GTI, and David gave me the best deal on the market. I was shopping around for some time, and was going to give my business to Sunrise VW in Lynbrook. They were pretty nice as well, but on the market. I was shopping around for some time, and was going to give my business to Sunrise VW in Lynbrook. They were pretty nice as well, but when it came to price, they were not consistent. It just made me uncomfortable. I called Platinum at 5:55 on a Friday (they close at 6), dave walked me through the options, what they have on lot, what they don't, how much he could work with me. I told him I'll need to think about it, so he gave me his cell phone (!!) and told me to call or text that night if I had any questions. That was pretty awesome. I did, I texted, he responded in 10 minutes. The bottom line? I went in the next morning, and made a (great) deal. More
