When I mention team, standing behind Jim is a team made up of Chris (manager), Nancy (accessories - tint, DVDs, etc.) and Garry (the cool finance guy). Each one of them carry that consistent approach to great service and they care not just about the sale but who you are as consumers, as people. We bypass our local Ford dealer just to get the service and the service levels that we have come to enjoy. All-in-all a great experience delivered by a seasoned team of professionals - always a pleasure and it will continue to be our choice of dealership for many years to come.
