When I took the car out Friday morning, I was a bit unnerved to find a lug nut on the floor of my garage. I checked all the lug nuts on the vehicle, and they seemed to be fine. The service manager checked with the technician, who said a nut was missing when the car came in. My guess is the nut was loose from the tire rotation two days earlier and came off sometime between the oil change and the brake job. More

They broke a stud on my tire while getting my usual oil change and tire rotation and refused to fix it for free. they wanted to charge me $60+ in labor for a mistake that they made. Upon calling the service manager he explained to me that “any other service place would do the same thing.” I then took my car to Wisemans, explained the situation to them, and they fixed my tire for FREE for my trouble. I was fully expecting to pay at Wisemans, since the situation had nothing to do with them so that was a nice surprise. It’s a shame, I exclusively used them for tire rotations, oil changes, etc. under the old ownership but I’m not sure I’ll be going back now. I had a great experience there when I bought my car from them about a year and a half ago but the service side lacks customer service. More

Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car the front fender liner was pulled off and rubbing on the tire.
