I told him that my wife went to the hospital on the morning of my scheduled service, and on his own initiative,he promptly arrainged a loner so that I could visit my wife while Pines serviced my MKX. His care and attention to detail was well appreciated. I am now a loyal customer. Sincerly, Steve - MKX owner More

Service on Lincoln MKX - Mallory Mangrum The service dept at Pines Lincoln is by far the best I've ever experienced. They offer fast, friendly service, in a clean and welcoming environment. M The service dept at Pines Lincoln is by far the best I've ever experienced. They offer fast, friendly service, in a clean and welcoming environment. My service tech Joel Gonzales, went out of his way to make sure the repairs I needed were completed in the timeliest manner possible. When the part I needed was on back order, he arranged to have a loaner dropped off at my house, (very convenient & stress free)and when the part finally came in, he even installed it himself, rather than having me wait for a repair tech to complete the job. Now that's service! Joel kept me in the loop at every stage, and even called the corporate office to get my part delivery expedited. With that kind of service, I'll be a Lincoln owner for a long long time! Thanks! More
