Posted a thorough negative review to Chevy but never received any feedback. This dealership must be overwhelmed. Spent less than an hour to misdiagnose my problem at a cost of nearly 2k but could not gu received any feedback. This dealership must be overwhelmed. Spent less than an hour to misdiagnose my problem at a cost of nearly 2k but could not guarantee it would resolve my problem. Customer beware...I was blessed with a diagnoses that made no sense to anyone I talked to.... and after a diagnosis fee that was absurd I found a mechanic who solved my problem at no cost by tightening a bolt...
