Worst experience of my life. I did my credit application over the phone just after 9 am and at 2 pm I was called to be told the car had sold. There was a vehicle comparable that I went ahead and purchased. I declined the warranty through text and verbalized it and still ended up with it. It’s been a process getting it reversed. Obv me never going there again won’t bankrupt them, but we were shopping for a total of 3 vehicles. I def would never go back in my life or rec them to anyone. Also it’s 2024.
