This is the most dishonest and nasty group of people. I did an on-line inquiry, looking for an electric vehicle. Imagine my surprise when several minutes later, all the credit alerts I set sent me an alert stating I had a credit inquiry. I called to ask them to remove it, and they initially told me to call the manager back on Monday. My husband called them back asking for a letter explaining the mistake, and they told him they would absolutely not do that. That I did not read it correctly. Now why would you be so mean, well because you are a very unscrupulous, evil, nasty company!!!! From your reviews, it is apparent this is how you do business. Now to let Bob Ferguson, the Better Business Bureau, and EVERY other place I can find review you so no one has to experience this. And Christian, if you really are the GM, you are a total creep. You will not be in that position for long. More

The worst car buying experience ever. Was sent excessive texts, then when I responded, I got a call from Peter telling me he processed my loan request and I was approved for zero down payment. I told him my texts, then when I responded, I got a call from Peter telling me he processed my loan request and I was approved for zero down payment. I told him my credit was horrible, he said it had already been approved, that’s their specialty. I said I did not want to drive there to take a hit on my credit report and be told a different story once there. He said meet with him and that wouldn’t happen. I drove almost 2 hours, to be sat down and passed off by Peter to some other guy, who proceeded to tell me I qualified for only one truck on his lot, then told me I didn’t qualify for a truck but a car. I asked what amount I qualified for not once but FOUR times! Each time he would say he would go find out, come back and tell me a different vehicle I “qualified” for, no number amount. I asked for the key to my car that he took to get me a “trade in quote”, then had to demand my key back, he went to “go get It”, 15 minutes went by, I ended up walking in the back checking every room for him to find him sitting casualty in an office with Peter...still no key. He said, “oh you didn’t get your key back, I sent a gentleman to give it to you”, walked back up front the “gentleman” tells me “I wasn’t given keys to give you, he gave me paperwork to complete for your car purchase”...at which point I loudly notified the entire room “I want the key to my car so I can leave!” Not only did they run my credit prior to showing up, but again once there, Peter bold face lied about zero down as his “colleague” informed me I would need $2500 to put down, then stated my dad should co-sign for me, otherwise I wouldn’t qualify for anything. Then it took an additional 20 minutes to get my key back to leave! A total waste of my time, 7 hours including drive time of my life I’ll never get back and didn’t get to look at even 1 car. Peter never came back, no apologies for disregarding us entirely, for lying, wasting my day, no apologies for not getting my key when requested, nothing! Horrible experience. Also, two days later they ran my credit 9 more times after I told them I did not want a bunch of hits on my report. Peter told me it was only ran ONCE prior me showing up. 9 separate inquiries 2 days after the initial (2)-not one that was ran originally. More

Straight Bullsh**! This was the worst experience I've ever had to go through buying a xxxx car. Then they tell me that because my wife doesn't have a license that I have to put money down because she is going to co-sign which they ask me to do to get a lower interest rate. First I can pay 500 at the end of the month, and then she came back and said 1000 for bank fees, we said we couldn't do it. She walks away and says you think you can ask someone for 500. I just told them to cancel it. Explained to them what I was texted, and went on my way. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. More
