Thank you for your reply. I've been in conversations with just about everyone at VW Langhorne for quite some time now. I have gone through this for entirely too long to still be stuck with an unsafe vehicle at my own financial loss. I have been in contact to only be rushed off the phone, ignored, or simply passed around from Chuck, to Ken, to Max, to Rocco, who all resort to "well it's up to Mike Bowers or Dave" and they will call you. I'm completely sick of the runaround. At this point, I am not interested in being treated in a negative manner by the staff there any longer, nor am I willing to take financial responsibility for being sold a dangerous and unreliable vehicle and being told wrongfully that it is repaired after several repeat visits, and ultimately diligently making payments on a vehicle that has spent time in your shop or sitting outside of my home due to endless problems. I have resorted to further avenues to ensure that this is resolved and I will only be in touch if it is completely necessary.
