Oh man where do I begin. Came up and made an appointment to have the computer flash programmed. Was told it’s a hour and a half service. Made an appointment for their first available which was a week later. Service would cost 170 okay cool no problem. Bring the keep in at 730 am appointment was at 8 am. The literally has my vehicle till 5pm. My only way home. So I go pick up keep nothing had been touch my vehicle was literally parked in their lot for 9hours and had sent been touched. Get there to pick up my service operator wouldn’t even come talk to me to tell me what happened. Avoided me for the next 15 min. To coward I guess. I call the manager Gary and LVM never got a return call. That was a month ago now. Lol and y’all wonder why everyone calls deals scam artist. Highly dissatisfied. Never again will I return here. Do not waste your time. A one star is too high of a rating. More
For a dealership service center, I believe your techs were incompetent, in my opinion. I shared when I made the appt what the problems were. I personally believe the techs should have been prepared for were incompetent, in my opinion. I shared when I made the appt what the problems were. Lot of frenzied activity and sometimes hard to get the attention of personnel even when you have a standing appointment. Meaning when you have an appointment there should be a process to check you in whe attention of personnel even when you have a standing appointment. I knew what repair was needed and they tried to charge for additional repair that was not needed at this time. Had I not questioned this, they would have charged me an additional $900.00. After I asked wh for additional repair that was not needed at this time. Had I not questioned this, they would have charged me an additional $900.00. After I asked why they wanted to do this additional repair after I knew what was needed, mysteriously, the service tech said it was not needed. It seemed as this service department was just looking to bill for more shop hours. Charging customers for unnecessary repairs is just not good business. Over the last probably 15 years I have bought at least 3 vehicles from this dealer and this incident has caused me to loose some faith in this service department and the dealer in general. More
