My starter on my ram 1500 was bad. I told the what it was and they did not replace it. I had to rent a car for 3 days only to find they replaced the ignition switch. Got back to my h I told the what it was and they did not replace it. I had to rent a car for 3 days only to find they replaced the ignition switch. Got back to my hotel and the truck wouldn't start. Same problem. Returned to the dealer and the finally replaced the starter. On my vacation to diseny world. From Maryland. Passed! They had the starter in stock the whole time. Time and money wasted.
