I had and oil change and tires replaced. When I picked up the van the wheels were covered in grease and tire dust, looked horrible. Found both rear tires were under inflated at 65psi instead of the 80psi as required. Also found one valve cap missing as well as the Blue Tooth OBD II port sender I had in the port, later found in cup holder in driver side door. I had the dash heat issue and was quoted a highly inflated price for HVAC control module, I decline repair and will deal with that myself. I called after picking up the vehicle to report my disappointment and never received and return call. Overall, out of the last 3 service visits to the dealership, I've had to return the vehicle a total of 6 times for service issues. More

Brought my Truck in to get codes cleared and reset after I had the CAT and SCR replaced. They called me a week later and told me that they couldn’t reset the factory codes and that I needed to replace the C I had the CAT and SCR replaced. They called me a week later and told me that they couldn’t reset the factory codes and that I needed to replace the CAT & SCR which I purchased from them and installed two weeks prior and I also needed to replace my DEF tank and Intake manifold and the the total cost was gunna be 10k.
