Everyone was very pleasant, and I ended up loving the Challenger. They had one green go colored one that had just been delivered and I ended up buying it. Mark Helfer was my salesman and he was pleasant, easy to work with and it was not a torturous process which I have dealt with before in the past. Finance was great too. Thanks to everyone for the experience and I am excited to pick up my car tomorrow which I have already named "Green Goddess"! More

Awesome salesman Matt Hurd. He is the reason we come back. Awesome salesman matt Hurd, he is the only reason we refer people to Phillips. However your detail department needs to be sent down the road. I bought a used keep grand Cherokee and was told to bring it back for a detail because I bought it right before the dealership closed for the night. I was also told that some scratches were going to be removed so I drove the 50 minutes from Citrus County and waited 3 hours and when it was brought around it barley looked like it was touched on the outside and the inside was not done. The scratches were still there and you could see spots that were missed. I asked why the scratches were not removed, being that was the whole reason for coming in and I was told "oh you have to bring it back on Mondays, that is when we can do it". So now I have to drive back 50 minutes again from Citrus County and wait another 3 hours probably for something owed to me when I bought the Jeep. This is a common problem I hear about, this even happened with my husbands 55 thousand dollar diesel he bought in October and every time it was brought around he had to send it back because the job was half done. It just sucks because Matt and the sales staff is top notch and I feel they get the brunt of the anger from people when it's your detail and service department that needs work, and now I have to spend more money in gas to drive back again on one of my few days off. More
