Service writer Jim Berlin was amazing with dealing with our situation and being persistent with my warranty company. Unfortunately, the motor that was replaced had issues from the factory. I can’t fault th our situation and being persistent with my warranty company. Unfortunately, the motor that was replaced had issues from the factory. I can’t fault the dealership with that. They worked diligently to find another one. So after having the third motor replaced all seemed to be good. My issue is with GM not wanting to cover a rental while the work was being done which in the end cost me a good bit. They definitely made me a longtime customer. When I replace a vehicle I will definitely be stopping in. Hopefully their sales staff is just as amazing as their service department. More

Great program. Didn’t need appointment and was able to get an oil change, transmission service, and tires rotated.
