Strange Noise - Problem Resolved Working with John at Peterson BMW was excellent. I had an odd noise coming from the engine bay, and John quickly got a technician to come out and hea Working with John at Peterson BMW was excellent. I had an odd noise coming from the engine bay, and John quickly got a technician to come out and hear it. They confirmed the noise, but did not know the source so we scheduled a service visit. John and the technicians stayed on top of the issue, keeping me informed with the status. It took a while to finally find the source of the noise. The determination of the technicians to find the root cause before giving the car back was much appreciated. They could have just started replacing parts. Instead, they worked methodically to find the issue -- which turned out to be quite minor. Overall I am very happy with the service and the care at Peterson BMW. More
