I am really surprised to have seen all the positive reviews for Peter Pan BMW because my personal experience with this dealership over the last ~30 days has been abysmal. If you are an out-of-state buy reviews for Peter Pan BMW because my personal experience with this dealership over the last ~30 days has been abysmal. If you are an out-of-state buyer, don't bother. These guys will actively do anything and everything they can to prevent you from being able to successfully purchase a vehicle from their dealership. They said as much, preferring to sell to someone who will come back for repeat business and presumably the ongoing car maintenance as well. While I can respect and appreciate this consideration, I would have expected more transparency in the process as opposed to poor communication, a lack of prioritization, incorrect information, and just a generally "lets drag it out and hope an in state buyer emerges" approach. If local, I'm sure your experience will be great. If you're an experienced buyer of out-of-state used vehicles, don't waste your time. More
