Performance Kings Honda

My husband and I went in to King's Honda to look at a Honda Accord we saw on their website. I had called about this car and was put through to a salesman. He looked for this car for me late in the afternoon the night before July 4th, and called me back twice after locating it as it had just come on to the lot. He called me back first thing on the 5th to say the car would be available. We went in to King's Honda that morning with the intention of driving that Accord, and ended up staying there the entire day! Marcus bent over backwards to make us happy, making four different cars available to us to drive multiple times. We finally settled on a different car than we initially went to look at. Marcus was our intermediary with the finance mgr., and worked very hard to get the price that WE were happy with. We had made an offer on a car at a different lot earlier in the week and walked because of the attitude of the finance mgr, so we're happy to. Ot deal with that at King's Honda. We have a 14 yr old who will be driving soon and I would easily go back to the dealership and work with Marcus again! More

Nate was a very helpful representative; he almost explained my concerns before I raised them. He was able to help me secure the required auto insurance while seated at his desk. Great experience at Kings Honda. I actually went car shopping pretty convinced I was going to buy a Totoya Sienna. I ended up with a Honda Odyssey and it is all because of Rob Larson. He was great! I have given the dealer a 5 on every category because as soon as I got there, I was treated kindly and with respect. As someone who has graduated with a business education and background, I can honestly say that this business knows how to add value to its customers through successful and meaningful interactions. For instance, the employees were very patient with me and continued to help me as the store was closing. Most places will re-schedule, especially on a Sunday Afternoon; however, Kings Honda did not desert me in any way shape in form. Rather, they stood by me and explained all the details of my vehicle, the lease contract/agreement, and other vital information. This was the first time that I had visited a dealership to get a car and my experience was beyond excellent. Jim Hardison and Jenni Hoskins are excellent employees and I hope they continue to deliver great customer service to everyone and continue with their careers! More
