I came into Kings Honda not even expecting to drive off the lot with anything new. I was more into just browsing in hopes of leasing a car in the next month or two. I called the dealership one afternoon an the lot with anything new. I was more into just browsing in hopes of leasing a car in the next month or two. I called the dealership one afternoon and I was connected with Pete. He immediately gave me all the info I needed on new Honda leases. We set up an appointment to come test drive a new Civic. I came into the dealership and Pete was ready for me. One really awesome thing Pete did was knowing that it was hot out he got the Civic started and put the AC on so when we got into the car it was cool. We took a test drive in the Civic and Pete was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the Civic and answered absolutely every question I had about it. We got back from the dealership and he showed me a few more features like the back up camera, and the steering wheel controls. After that we sat down and started talking numbers. I'll leave all those details out, but Pete made sure I got the best deal I could get and broke down all the numbers for me and at the end of the night I had gotten rid of my old Stratus and was driving away in my new Civic. Pete filled it up with gas and started the AC for me again. He really seemed to care about me not just because he was a good salesman but because he honestly wanted me to be satisfied with absolutely everything. He also offered to have me come in the next day and go through in even more depth about all the radio and steering wheel controls in the Civic. Overall, I believe with my experience Pete went above and beyond to provide me with the best experience possible, I can't say enough about the guy. The previous night I was actually at a Chevy dealership and they let me walk away without even an offer on the table. Pete was much more knowledgeable than the people at Chevy and a lot more willing to go out his way to help me. My experience with Honda overall was awesome and if I'm ever back in the Cincinnati area when looking for another car, I will definitely come back to Kings Honda. More

I had reached out to gulia via email and she gave very competitive pricing from the begining. Nate then helped with my trade pricing. Then Al helped with final decision on trim level as Gulia had gone hom competitive pricing from the begining. Nate then helped with my trade pricing. Then Al helped with final decision on trim level as Gulia had gone home sick. Even though multiple people were involved they all acted as though they were trying to create a long term customer. More
I came in to Kings Honda on July 15 and was looking for the 2011 Ford Mustang. I was very impressed with the vehicle and asked Bluntly if the tires and the car were in good working order. The sales man sta the 2011 Ford Mustang. I was very impressed with the vehicle and asked Bluntly if the tires and the car were in good working order. The sales man stated the car is great! I went ahead and bought the car. It was 7 days later and as I was driving after a light rain I took a turn an almost slid of the road while turning. I then took the car to Tire Discounters in Amelia OH. There I had the Manager to take a look at the tires. He went ahead and looked at the tires were I have an Official document from his findings. The tires read as follows Document in hand if copy is needed: Right Front tire: 4/32 Left Front tire: 4/32 Right Rear tire: 1/32 Left Rear tire: 2/32 These are all under the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles requirements for tread depth for legal sale in the state of Ohio from accredited dealerships. Document in hand as well. I then decided to give your dealership a chance to correct this issue. I have a witness to the things about to be quoted. We came into the dealership and requested the Manager of the Dealership. Which the salesman gave us the sales manager Danny Cahill. We went ahead to tell him that the car was not road worthy when the purchase was made and that the sale was unacceptable with the tires on the vehicle. We showed him the findings of the Manager from Tire Discounters he said and I quote. " I took the car in and I knew the tires were bad but I decided I did not need to do anything." This was crazy to hear that the manager knew that tires were bad and sold this car without replacing the tires. This put your dealership at risk for Law suites if anyone who test drove the car got in accident your dealership would be at fault and this could have KILLED A PERSON. I then requested for him to replace the set of 4 tires. He said that the tires on the front were fine because they were 4/32 tread. Which was a lie, new tread depth should be 10/32 and he said that he would only replace the two rear tires. He told me not to go to tire discounters because they will over charge for them. He told me to fax him over the receipt and he would replace 2 of the tires. The whole set of 4 had to be replaced. So I bought a car that I immediately had to replace the tires because it was too expensive for Kings Honda. I then called Danny after Faxing the Receipt from Tire Discounters and I told him that I found out that you lied about the 4/32 being fine and he stated "Allen we can go around and around all day if you want the two tires paid for you need to stop! Because I could have told you to get lost when your brought this issue into my dealership the other day!" So the overall feeling of the dealership I had was once they got my money they did not even care about me as a customer. I have never felt so belittled and my intelligence tested as much as your sales manager Danny Cahill did. For that reason I will never buy another thing from Kings Honda! The dealership wants the money from the customer not the overall satisfaction or safety. I hope that this comment is passed on through the upper management of Kings Honda for a better understanding of what goes on that they do not see. The management needs to be trained further on the quality of vehicles they sell and when a used car is brought in the car should be up to Ohio Motor Vehicle standards before the car goes up for sale! Please DO NOT DISREGARD this complaint. More
Our salesperson Al was very engaging and went out of way to help us on a busy night. He was very enjoyable to work with. It took a long time to get the paperwork together (again it was aver busy night) bu to help us on a busy night. He was very enjoyable to work with. We were kept waiting for over 4 hours to process the paper work. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Then the license plates were not put on the car. Also UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Angel did try to call us on the cell phone paper work. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Then the license plates were not put on the car. Also UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Angel did try to call us on the cell phone to tell us that, but we do not talk on phones while driving. In all the time we spent waiting, there wasn't so much as an outdated magazine to read or a TV to watch. All we could do was sit there and shiver since it was also cold. The car may be great. The price may be great. But the customer service STINKS! And I plan to tell everyone I know to steer clear of King's Honda. Other dealerships also have great cars and great prices, and I know from experience that their customer service far surpasses what we dealt with at King's Honda More
I went into Kings Honda thinking I was buying a Mazda 6 -- just waiting for their response on a requested price concession. We had already test-driven the Accord, but had run out of time to sit and chat w -- just waiting for their response on a requested price concession. We had already test-driven the Accord, but had run out of time to sit and chat with Rob. Rob spent a lot of time talking to us, and also listening to us. He made an objective comparison between cars without "bad-mouthing" Mazda, something I appreciated. Then he produced a very competitive price. We told him that we had a tentative buyer for our existing car, and they offered to match as a trade-in if the sale fell through. I thought that this was gracious. So I left with a heightened appreciation for Rob and Kings Honda -- and purchased an Accord EX-L. More

My husband and I went to King's Honda on a very busy Sunday. The receptionist attempted to find someone to help us but all sale’s staff were already working with other customers. Rob was working with Sunday. The receptionist attempted to find someone to help us but all sale’s staff were already working with other customers. Rob was working with three other couples but took the time to greet us and ask how he could help us. Long story short, Rob quickly made the car we were interested in available for a test drive. Christie ran interference when Rob was pulled in other directions by keeping the process moving and answering all of our questions. What a team! Did I mention that Rob was working with three other couples? We bought the CRV that day. We will recommend King’s Honda and Rob and Christie specifically to anyone we know who is shopping for a new car. More
Their pricing for service is a HUGE rip off. They charged me $182.90 including tax to drain and refill transmission fluid. The next time I needed the transmission fluid changed I took the vehicle to charged me $182.90 including tax to drain and refill transmission fluid. The next time I needed the transmission fluid changed I took the vehicle to Joe Morgan Honda and they drained and refilled the transmission fluid for a total cost of $81.15. Honda recommends changing the timing belt at 105,000 miles. Kings Honda quoted me a price to change timing belt of $940.00. I took the vehicle to Joe Morgan Honda and had the timing belt changed for $299.00 plus tax. No complaints about the quality of work at Kings Honda but my gosh their pricing should be illegal! More
