The first time I came to Performance Honda, the car I wanted was right there on the showroom floor. I fell in love with the Crosstour. Brit Bauer was the sales rep who came to talk to me and to show me wanted was right there on the showroom floor. I fell in love with the Crosstour. I told him I would return as soon as I got my finances in order. I'm sure he thought I was another lost sale when I walked out the door that day. Brit stayed in touch with me through emails and phone calls. When I was ready to purchase Brit was very instrumental in making the sale/financing process very easy. He gave all of the information to Joe (sorry Joe I don't remember your last name), who quickly worked with me to get the deal done. Rasu, in finance was very friendly and explained everything for me and did his best to expedite the process so I could drive away in my new car.
