The sales team of Britt Bauer and Joe Jarvis were very sensitive to the time that I had available during the purchase of my 2011 Honda Pilot. This sales tactic by Britt made me want to see purchasing the Honda Pilot through Performance Honda. Britt and Joe answered every question from trade in to seeing me drive my used Pilot of the lot. Britt helped me to set up some of the hands free features that are equipped in the Pilot. He took the time after a very long day of a sales training to complete the process of sale. I had visited three other dealerships prior to my meeting with Megan. She is the first representative that really listened to my needs and helped me find the car to MEET those needs rather than trying to cha with Megan. I went to Performance Honda to get an appraisal on my 2008 Honda Civic. I was almost immediately met by a salesman who introduced himself as Amit. I told him what I was looking for and what I was doing t 2008 Honda Civic. I was almost immediately met by a salesman who introduced himself as Amit. I told him what I was looking for and what I was doing there. He asked me if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. I told him I didn't want to do that until I had an appraisal on my car. He took me into the dealership sat me at a desk and notified the manager. Within a short time I received my appraisal and we started looking. Amit was very patient as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and if I wanted something different. We test drove a couple vehicles and after some contemplating I decided what I wanted. We started the loan process and all was going well. Amit brought a monthly payment to me and I told him that was more than I was willing to pay per month. This went on for quite some time with Amit going back and forth from myself to the finance department. They worked deligently with me to get the price, and payment to what I was willing to pay. Finished all the paperwork the following day. I was so excited to drive my new car, but I let the woman who had sacrificed much, my Mom, drive it home. Thank you Performance Honda. I'll be back...
