This was a terrible experience. I worked with Josh Baker. I went in to buy a Toyota, I ended up purchasing it. As I am disabled, the vehicle had to be fitted with hand controls so t I worked with Josh Baker. I went in to buy a Toyota, I ended up purchasing it. As I am disabled, the vehicle had to be fitted with hand controls so they delivered the vehicle to MobilityWorks. I go to pick up the vehicle after it's fitted, there's a crack in the windshield, the mirror in head visor was shattered and the tire pressure light was on. I reach out to Josh about the window and he says "oh yeah we're ordering a new window because we're not allowed to sell a car with a damaged windshield"....BUT YOU DID. Then I inquire about the tire pressure light. He says that in Toyotas there's a button the bottom of the steering column that resets it but my button was gone so the light would always be illuminated! Question, why didn't he tell me about this? Why would he deliver the vehicle with the light on. Then when I reach out to the manager and try to basically undo my deal and get a new car, the manager tells me no and insists that in order to do that, I'll have to treat the car as a trade in. Then they value it at $4000 less than what they just sold it to me for 2 weeks prior! What a headache. I won't say not to go to this dealership but be cautious. More
