8/6 had 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I also noted a nail in front left tire. Told shop busy, would be about 2 hours. I said I would wait. In 3 hours of waiting my car never left the entrance carport area, moved up in line, but never entered shop. It looked like no one was working in the garage. At 1 pm, I spoke with Sales Manager to share my displeasure with progress. Walter Martinez walked me over to meet Bruce Brennan Fixed Operations Manager. Bruce asked would I like car serviced and maybe take another hour. I said OK, I was ready to find another Cadillac dealer for service. Bruce drove my car into garage for service. Oil done, and nail in tire did not go very deep, so no repair needed, except rotating that tire to left rear. Car was ready at 2 pm. Service writer Efrain Guerrero noted during checkout, that Mgr Brennan had approved my service for NO CHARGE. I appreciate the "no charge", but waiting for 5 hours with and appointment was unacceptable. My observation lots of cars being dropped off, not many vehicles being serviced. I skipped free carwash, due to time of day. Tire pressures left over inflated at 37-41 not set correctly, and I had to wipe grease off drivers door panel when leaving. More

I've driven multiple Cadillac models for over 10 years and can't believe how far the brand has plummeted. My customer service rep was nice and friendly. Cadillac's service operations are disorganized and tech support is a borderline scam. 1. When I arrived for my appointment (which took 2 weeks to get) my rep told me it will be at least a week before a tech can see my car and they needed me to leave it at the shop. What is the point of making an appointment if no one can see my car? What's more - there's no courtesy vehicle, no rental car, no shuttle service, and no Uber voucher. I spent so much money using Ubers to cover their poor customer service. 2. I was quoted about $6,000 to repair something that was flagged as a service bulletin on another model. $6,000! My husband found an another way to fix it after researching Cadillac bulletins. A simple disconnect of the battery reset the HVAC settings. No more horrible loud clicking from the HVAC and didn't need to spend $6,000. GM, you're profiteering on your luxury car customers. Shame on you. More
