My car had a plastic shield the came loose. There were three sheet metal screws that cam loose. The shop kept the car for several weeks and charged me more than $600.00 to replace the piece of plastic. Internet cost around $18.00 dollars. This is well over the top. I will never go back to Penske and I am very clearly telling everyone I know what they did to me. I am considering purchasing another pickup, but it will not be from Penske! The WO actually charged over $200.00 to put in three screws, and yes they had to take off the wheel first. More
