5 minutes after leaving service tire blew-out on the freeway. When I called service dept. to see what happened they said it was not their problem and wouldn't help me, although I was down the street fr freeway. When I called service dept. to see what happened they said it was not their problem and wouldn't help me, although I was down the street from them. It was a brand new tire (2months only) and in the same position, so I know they did NOT do a tire rotation only air fill up. I'm doubting if they did a good oil and filter change as well. I was better off not going to the dealer. More

Brought my brand new vehicle in for an oil cooler leak and the dealer did not make the necessary repairs (despite my telling them what the exact issue was). Had to bring my vehicle back for a second repai and the dealer did not make the necessary repairs (despite my telling them what the exact issue was). Had to bring my vehicle back for a second repair, now there is no timeline as to when it will be fixed and I was told that I “might” be able to get a rental vehicle, but that it will not be comparable to my current truck. Salesperson didn't show up the next day at the agreed upon time. When I arrived I was told to have a seat and 30 minutes later, still nobody came to talk to me so I had to go to the front desk and told t upon time. When I arrived I was told to have a seat and 30 minutes later, still nobody came to talk to me so I had to go to the front desk and told them I wanted assistance right away. When I asked if the car had two key FOBs the response the entire time was "were looking into it." Finally, after the deal was essentially completed, they told me they only had one key FOB so I'm out $415! They knew it all along but didn't want to say anything. I will never do business with this dealer again. More
