We dont feel the welcome feel here in their service department. Been there twice for routine service and dont obtain the level of service as Ford (neighbor dealership). I’ve been going to the dealership for several years and have always had great service but the past two times I’ve been there. They have been extremely busy. On this most recent trip to Penske I had an issue that needed diagnostic service and they did not have enough technicians so now I have to wait to have that issue taken care of. I appreciate very much. The lady who helps me with my service needs in the fact that she told me there was not enough diagnostic technicians to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully my issue that needs diagnosis does not harm the vehicle or cause problems I’m keeping my fingers crossed Thank you very much More
