When I told him to work within my financial framework, he assured me he would do anything possible to make this happen. Had to take my 2008 Saturn Outlook XR in for service as having problems with the power steering. Turned out the rack pinnion & power steering pump needed replacing. Unfortunately, the car was 4000 miles ov having problems with the power steering. Turned out the rack pinnion & power steering pump needed replacing. Unfortunately, the car was 4000 miles over it's 36,000 mile warrantee & the parts alone were $1500. Greg contacted GM & got them to cover the parts so I had to just pay the labor. Still cost me $694, but better than paying for both parts & labor. Definitely like this service dept. Very helpful & friendly & they have a nice waiting room with stations where you can work from.
