When I first arrived at Pen Toyota I asked for Michael as I had spoken with him on the phone a few days before. As he was with another customer, Tim Mooney was asked to work with me. We went two times out onto the lot to look at the Corollas'. Tim and I discussed the colors as it was important to me. We also sat in one of the cars and Tim demonstrated all of the features until I understood them. So thank you Tim, you did a great job. More

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Prius earlier this year from Penn Toyota. Jay was great to work with - Very helpful, friendly and accommodating! We visited the dealer MANY times but they never acted annoyed or impatient with us-actually they remained pleasant, informative and helpful every time we came by. My wife and I have noticed a dramatic change in this dealership. We've been Toyota customers for 30 years - not always at this dealership (and in the past few years we did not own a Toyota). These 3 fellows greatly improved our experience at this dealer with their professionalism and courtesy (without the arm twisting that we heretofore experienced). On top of that, they know their product. I own my own business and would like to think that my employees treat our customers and represent our company as well as these 3 gentlemen. More

I've been driving a 2008 Prius for the past two years and I received an incentive from Penn Toyota to trade in my car early, an incentive I was only too happy to accept as I wanted the new 2010 Prius with al I received an incentive from Penn Toyota to trade in my car early, an incentive I was only too happy to accept as I wanted the new 2010 Prius with all the bells and whistles. Ramon, my sales representative, was helpful and respectful, and everything was explained to me clearly and, in no time, the new car was ordered and I am now the proud owner of a really "green" car. I picked up the car this afternoon and everything was as promised with paperwork clearly delineated and just my signature to conclude the transfer. I was introduced to the service manager and even given an appointment for my first check-up. In short, an efficient and expedient dealership. More
