Average 2 hour wait time for oil change. Service department was not busy. Simply put its not worth your time even if its free. They simply do an oil change, the multi-point inspection a joke. And after shopping at approximately 12 or more other car dealerships I would say that he was the only sales person that I had been too that was able to answer everyone of my questions in regard to the cars I was shopping. He really knows his product. I was shopping the rav4 and The Venza and decided to consider purchasing the Venza. A really great car!
