On behalf of the owners of Penn Toyota please accept our sincerest apologies for your inconvienience. This is NOT the way we do business here. When we write out of stock purchases on vehicles we are typically able to get them within 5 business days. Upon reviewing the transaction history we found out that the dealer who had promised us the vehicle renegged and sold it out from under us. We cannot control situations such as this and again apologize for the trouble. We are taking steps to address the involved parties internally and want to offer you the third year of complimentary maintanance on your new vehicle free of charge if you just give us the chance to make things right. I'm sorry but while that vehicle might have been sold your management team, especially Ray Bell made absolutely no effort to try to find another vehicle for me. I suggested I was open to another color combo and Ray said it was more money for the same exact car with the same exact options and packages. How is that possible? He fed me some story how factory prices increased - so they increased in the week from when I agreed to a car and put down my money to now? And if it was true, why couldn't you honor the price? He then offered to put in a V6 model he had on the lot. That is why I refuse to deal with Penn Toyota. I feel I was lied to, deceived and in short, I felt my business was not wanted. To be honest, I think you guys did not want to honor the price on the car and that's why you refused to put me in the same exact car at that price. I appreciate the offer of 3 year maintenance but I already purchased my vehicle at another dealership (which threw in the 3 year of maintenance anyway) and have no intention of having it serviced it at Penn Toyota.
