I booked my appointment online for 6/15/2020 @ 4:45pm. When I arrived for my appointment I was told service stops at 4pm. Tech said they can squeeze me in real quick but it was rushed. I went in due to lights flickering in my car & when I arrived a very kind and sweet gal named Barbara greeted me. Well this time, i say this time because last time i got ignored and left after standing there waitibg for help while others get helped that just came walking in after me. This time i pull my vehicle out of ignored and left after standing there waitibg for help while others get helped that just came walking in after me. This time i pull my vehicle out of garage to give a quick wash and find all valve stem caps missing after they peformed a basic maintenance servixe with tire rotation, i installed cheap caps but so much hassle just going down to dealer i will probably not bother coming back. Also when i brought my vehicle in this last time i informed them loss of coolant and coolant resevoir empty, they called and said no leak after basic servixs, just filled resevoir. I had to insist they keep vehicle and leave a pressure test on to see where leak was from. Received call back next morning informing me they were going to replace radiator, that was completed. More
