Poor communication and lack of knowledge and effort in resolving natter. In to pick up and drop off company leased vehicle. What you didn’t know is personally we are in the market for a new car. Good customer service should ALWAYS be modeled. It may gain you additional business. Or not. More

First off, I have replied STOP to the text message alerts about 2 or 3 times - and I continue to get more texts? Please remove my number from your text list. Secondly this dealership needs a lot of help (in about 2 or 3 times - and I continue to get more texts? Please remove my number from your text list. Secondly this dealership needs a lot of help (in all areas of the dealership) in regards to customer service. it seems that y’all send text messages for every single little thing instead of taking the time to actually call the client and speak to them in person. It is very impersonal, in my opinion. But unfortunately this seems as if where customer service has gone to, and it is sad. More

Only issue was that my vehicle was brought outside indicating it was done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 20min till I went to the service desk and asked if it was ready which indicating it was done.
