Ehh started out good I had a few issues, happy that my car got fixed but there were a few occurrences that made it not best. I ran the wipers and they were still streakin I had a few issues, happy that my car got fixed but there were a few occurrences that made it not best. I ran the wipers and they were still streaking. They just needed a few days to stop. On the way home I called my wife she couldn't hear me, she called back and again still unable to hear me. The next day I called my mother and as I was working to leave her a VM, it couldn't hear me. While they were working on the steering column the cable to the microphone somehow got disconnected. I was unable to call at all week, so I called on Saturday to talk to the rep transferred to his VM. I waited all day and got no response I called back come to find out the tech was off for the day. Still awaiting a call back from the VM that I left and the other tech was going to leave him a message to call me. I had asked to have my car detailed the tech said sure, it wasn't. I guess the detailing was too much to accommodate my request as it was a service call and not a new sale. More
