The first day I met Scott he had asked my wife and myself “what we wanted” and did not try to give us something that we did not ask for, or even say why would you need that option. I wanted the best high end 2011 Ford Escape Limited for my wife with all the bells and whistles, and that’s what I got. The Dealership and mostly Scott Chasim worked their rear ends to the bone to give us the best price possible. William Mizell Ford CAN NOT BE MATCHED IN THEIR PRICEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.Don’t think that after the sale of your vehicle the service is done, by no means are you alone and out. Scott Chasim was in constant communication and still is, he has said for us to contact him for aid in all matters. I LOVE this Dealership!!!! I have purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 2WD Super-Crew 145" Lariat and love it. The vehicle has been a great truck. I love the Technology, the Leg room, and very smooth and comfortable ride.
