I saw a 2022 Honda Accord on their website and dropped in person to see it. The car looked just liked the online pictures, but it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. My sales consultant was Jerome and he was so awesome; helpful and never pushy. He addressed my concern about the smoke smell as I wasn't going to move forward unless the smell was gone. He spoke highly of their service guys and said they could get the odor out. Sure enough, they did! There was no trace of cigarette smoke whatsoever. The paperwork process was easy and straight forward. It took about almost 2 hours from start to finish. The finance/business manager Kathleen was friendly and didn't try to scare (or scam) me into buying any unnecessary extras. Overall, my car buying experience at this dealership was pleasant and stress free. More
