Our sales consultant, Alan Engert, was absolutely great in describing the differences in the models that we were looking at as well as the differences in other makes with Toyota models. Another thing that stood out was that we were not being forced to make a decision to buy the vehicle when we first came in. More

It was a big Process but Kris B was able to help me out once again! Kris is now still working on my other car, which is an Audi, because I have lost Confidence in the Audi dealer. In my thoughts is silly t once again! Kris is now still working on my other car, which is an Audi, because I have lost Confidence in the Audi dealer. In my thoughts is silly that he needs to add more to he’s plate, and that the Audi dealer can’t call speak for themselves. I am assuming they do not need my business. More

Best experience with a great team! I had previously leased 4 Hondas. I went to many Toyota dealerships in my area along with several Honda dealerships and Nissan going back and forth deciding which way to go this time. I decided to go with my Toyota Corolla. Beside the car itself, the sales team at Paul Miller in West Caldwell made it all happen for me and I am very happy with the entire choice I made. I want to extend a special thank you and acknowledgement to the 3 men that made this happen for me at Paul Miller. They are: Alan Liriano my Sales Consultant, Bernardo Amster the Financial Consultant and Sam Ghabour the Sales Manager. These 3 men worked together as a team with one goal in mind. To provide me with the best experience I could have with leasing my new car at their dealership. It all started with Alan Liriano. He took his time with me from the first day I went there to see my options. He took me for a test ride in what ended up being my car choice. He thoroughly educated me on the Corolla I was looking at while also offering other options. I never felt pressured or rushed and he was an outstanding Sales Consultant. Then Bernardo Amster also was very professional and thorough with his explanation of the financial end of the deal. He took the most stressful part of the deal and made it as pleasant as he could. He also never made me feel rushed and also took his time to explain and answer all my financial questions until I felt comfortable. Then last but not least, Sam Ghabour handled himself very professionally and went above and beyond along with Alan and Bernardo to make me a satisfied customer. He professionally consulted with Alan and Bernardo during our deal several times and also spoke directly with me every step of the way. I can 100% say that I know all 3 of these men did everything in their power to work with me and get me into the car of my choice. They went above and beyond in making me a satisfied customer. I am looking forward to being a new Toyota customer at Paul Miller and would definitely do business there again and would highly recommend the team I worked with as well. Please forward my review to them, they deserve to be recognized for their great teamwork. Also, I would like Mr. Berrios, I believe is their manager, to know about the great job they are all doing there together. Thank you, Teresa Roig More

Absolutely Seamless Transaction I could not be more pleased with my interaction with the staff of Paul Miller Toyota. I would like to provide some context before I talk exclusively I could not be more pleased with my interaction with the staff of Paul Miller Toyota. I would like to provide some context before I talk exclusively about this dealer. To be honest, a Toyota Tacoma was not even on my radar when I started this car search. All I knew was this time around I wanted something different and most likely a pickup if the budget would allow. Seeing all the great deals advertised out there, after a preliminary search, I had four different pickup truck brands and two SUV brands on my list. Not knowing much about the Tacoma, it was not at the top of the list when I started; it was not really a make or model I was very familiar with. As I started researching more and more, the Tacoma really began to pique my interest. After looking at local inventory, I decided to get pricing and lease pricing on all the vehicles I was interested in. In ranking them, I was weighing three factors: price (could I afford it), perceived value (was I getting a good deal), and transparency (was a dealer willing to give me the information I was seeking without trying to make me come in and bully me into a deal). I sent out multiple emails to different dealers and brands asking for the best price they could do on a particular vehicle, lease pricing for 36 months and 10k miles including all fees and taxes, the residual value, and the money factor they used in their calculation. This is where the Tacoma and Paul Miller really began to win me over... As I was finding in my research the Tacoma had the best residual values on the market, meaning I went from I like this truck, but can't afford it to maybe I can afford it, let's see what the dealers come back with. Not to my surprise a lot of dealers wanted me to come in first and test drive their vehicles before giving out prices. Further, some would not give me any prices at all, instead opting for the "bring me a competing offer and I'll beat it!!!" I thanked all of them and again would ask for their prices, as transparency was what I was after. I was also straight up with them that I was shopping around, but looking to make a deal by the weekend. Many would ignore this and follow-up trying to get me in their door. A few would give me partial information, but not enough to know if I was getting a deal or even if it was pricing for the vehicle I was interested in. Paul Miller did none of these bad things. In fact, they were the first dealership to respond with detailed pricing information on two vehicles I liked and asked if I had any follow-up questions. Being a numbers guy, I was finding my math was not jiving with theirs, so I knew I had to be missing something. I sent them a list of questions (like 7 or more) and they went line by line to provide me with the answers. They finally asked when I could come in to look at the two trucks and see if I wanted to move forward with either. I had one hesitation, the color was actually one of my least favorite (it wouldn't necessarily be a deal breaker, but I'd prefer black). Knowing how helpful Paul Miller's staff had been, I was going to be straight up with them, they earned that much for being so helpful. I said I really appreciated them providing me with such aggressive pricing on the two vehicles, but Black was the color I preferred, could they provide me with pricing on their Tacoma Limited model just to see if I could swing it. Within a few minutes I had pricing in front of me and it was pretty good, but a little over my budget; by my math a few hundred dollars down and $17/month. They again asked if I was interested and could come in the next day to test drive it. I said if they would give it to me for the price I could afford I'd come in that night and sign on the dotted line. What happened next led me to believe I have been dreaming since Friday afternoon. They said "we'll get it ready for you what time can you be here?" I got to their dealership at 6:30PM, they close at 8:00PM. I insisted on a test drive before signing, just in case it didn't feel right. That brought us to close to 7:00PM on a Friday night by the time I started actually buying the car. A few people I told about this deal I was getting thought it was too good to be true and even if I was getting it, there was no shot I was getting in the car until after 9:00PM or even the next day. I finished my last signature, shook hands with the finance manager, and was getting the keys from the sales manager by 8:00PM on the button and that's only because I talk way too much. I have one word to describe this transaction, SEAMLESS. I never felt a bit of pressure from anyone at Paul Miller. To go back to my big three factors for this car purchase here is how I would rank them: Price, an incredible price for a Tacoma Limited and they made it fit my budget; Value, I got a Tacoma Limited for less than others were quoting me for a Base model, what a deal; Transparency, they answered every question I threw at them and gave me the information I sought without any pushback whatsoever. Paul Miller absolutely knocked this one out of the park!!!! More
