When I started talking to Ryan he was nice and professional. I had to call my fiance to ask him if he wanted me to get the work done and Ryan talked to him on the phone and my fiance said no that professional. I had to call my fiance to ask him if he wanted me to get the work done and Ryan talked to him on the phone and my fiance said no that he would take care of it and Ryan got a attitude and wouldn't say bye or nothing. After he got off the phone he gave me attitude and said don't need this and crumbled up the paper and threw it out. I waited about 2.5 hrs for a oil change. If it wasn't for Dillion the sales guy I would take my business somewhere else. More

Always ready for me when I arrive for my appointment. No hidden fees or costs. All work is discussed beforehand and agreed upon before going ahead. Everyone is so courteous and kind. I had a scheduled oil change and two hours later i am told i need tires which were not in stock and i was late for my appointment . This is my second car from Patriot a dn service has always been an issu told i need tires which were not in stock and i was late for my appointment . This is my second car from Patriot a dn service has always been an issue. I paid extra for an extended warranty and which included free oil changes for 5 years . Each time its seems to be an issue finding the information. @ $145 an hour for diagnosis its a bit much considering the tech probably only sees 20% of that . More
