I had a 2022 Tiguan that had a frustrating electrical issue. A steering wheel was ordered a couple of months ago but was back ordered. No one knew when it might be received. In the meantime, I drove a car that had an annoying beeping sound complete with flashing lights indicating that lane assistance was not available. It was a very random message and sound complete with an orange exclamation point that stayed on. Thanks to Dan I no longer have that car. He introduced me to Igor who assisted and getting me into a different car. They were very accommodating in helping me out of my “beeping mess” and I now have a car that has fewer complicated electronics on it and I am happy with what they did for me. More

I have had the best experience working with Matt in his past at other service centers. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied, happy and will return when needed. I spoke to Erika on a monthly basis and was told the part is still on back order. Now I have to go in just so they can see what part they have to order. Complete waste of time. I called Volkswagen to see if they had a back order on clock springs and was told they didn't, not sure why Patrick Volkswagen is saying different but it's not cool. I have been pulled over twice for inspection sticker and they could careless. Sad part is I used to love this place but after the horrible customer service, the lying, and lack of care, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Including my enemy. More

When I called to speak to Jonathan he was rude and basically told me I can go somewhere else. I will make sure to not put my money towards Patrick’s Volkswagen in the future due to this experience. I will not be doing another lease with them because the customer service is horrible. More
If you can pick your own service advisor, never go to Alex Martin! He will overcharge you and the customer service can't be worse! Alex Martin gave me a quote of $3645.95 without explicitly explaining the cost of the parts and labor. Later on, I got help from another staff member and had the parts covered by Volkswagen. Still I need to pay $1574 for the labor. I thought that was a good deal as he gave me the impression that it would take days to work on it. Yesterday I dropped my car for repair and got a loaner car. The loaner was very low in gas so I spent $44 and filled up the tank because I thought I needed to drive it for days. This morning at 7:30am I got his call saying the car was all set. They only spent a few hours working on it but charged me for 11 hours of labor. When I asked him about this, he couldn't deny that it's not an 11-hour job, but still argued that "you saved $2000 on parts". Is that so? How about you came up with a ridiculous amount to start with? Then you cut the price down and give customers the illusion that they saved a lot! I felt totally tricked. However, that's still not the worst. He refused to compensate for the gasoline I paid for the loaner, not even a refund credit. That's totally outrageous. Not mentioning they left my car mat dirty with muddy footprints! I guess I have become their easy target since I always tend to follow their advice of replacing/repairing the parts during maintenance. Definitely a lesson learned! More
