Took over a week to finish service and was very difficult to get information on what was taking so long. Felt like I was inconvenienting everyone when I would call to try to find out information, but never to get information on what was taking so long. It was a great experience. Nice staff. The dealership is a parking clusterxxxx. They washed my car which was just detailed and I had to clean all the windows. Otherwise, it was great. Staff was nice and process was quick. What I didn’t like was that I brought my car in at 8 AM for a routine service and it wasn’t ready at 4:30 in the afternoon and nobody called me to tell me that I wouldn was that I brought my car in at 8 AM for a routine service and it wasn’t ready at 4:30 in the afternoon and nobody called me to tell me that I wouldn’t have my car back on the same day and then it wasn’t ready the next day until the end of the day More
